1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AllanCorp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on AllanCorp's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on AllanCorp's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services Description

AllanCorp provides software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, desktop applications, AI & machine learning solutions, and database & backend services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in separate service agreements.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, AllanCorp and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and in our services. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. Project Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. AllanCorp retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Milestone payments may be established for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, AllanCorp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AllanCorp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if AllanCorp or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. AllanCorp reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

AllanCorp reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
